New Delhi [India], Nov 30 (NT): The Patiala House court will hear asymmetrical assets case in opposition to Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh, his wife Pratibha Singh and others on Thursday.

The House court will also hear the claim of Virbhadra Singh in quest of everlasting exemption from personal appearance before the court.

Before on October 31, the special Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) Court postponed the hearing of Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh's exemption application in disproportionate assets case to November 30.

Throughout the previous hearing, the special court made instructions the CBI to hand over certain documents to Virbhadra in links with the case.

The instructions of court came after Virbhadra, his wife Pratibha Singh and others asserted the court that they have not got a range of documents filed along with the charge sheet.

Virbhadra was solicited to endow Rs one lakh personal bond and surety of the same amount and to not leave the nation-state without the court's consent.

The CBI in his 500-page charge sheet alleged that Virbhadra had mounted up assets worth around Rs 10 crore that were disproportionate to his overall income throughout his term as a Union minister.
