How can we forget the contradictory role of Priyanka Chopra in Aitraaz, the movie starrer Akshay Kumar and Kareena Kapoor Khan in the lead roles? The movie was a huge hit in those days. We can say that it was the best romantic thriller made in Bollywood industry ever. The movie was produced by Subhash Ghai and directed by Abbas-Mustan.

While everyone in the film had acted very well, it was Priyanka who had got a lot of applause for her negative personality. Well, the actress had also won Best Performance in a Negative Role at many award functions. And now, it seems that we will get to see her in grey shades, yet again. 

If reports to be believed of  Mumbai Mirror, Subhash Ghai is ready with the script of ‘Aitraaz 2’ and has also discussed the movie with PeeCee. A source told, “It’s a new story with a new title. Subhash Ghai has already had a word with Priyanka Chopra and the two have discussed the film. She loves the idea of a sequel to a film which won her accolades for her performance in a negative role and is excited to feature in the second instalment of the franchise. She is keen to collaborate with Ghai again and has even told him that she will try working on her dates.”

A final meeting with Priyanka will take place once she is back in Mumbai after completing the shooting of ‘Quantico’ season three.
