The case of attempt to kidnap a woman judge in Delhi has come up. The police have arrested the cab driver who allegedly kidnapped a woman judge. The lady was going to court from her home with a judge's cab. The incident happened during this time. 

It is alleged that the woman judge had to go from Delhi to Rajkaren Nagar to Kadkadooma Court from Cab but the driver changed the route on the way. The woman's judge has alleged that the driver of the carpool started moving towards Hapur instead of taking them to Kadkadooma Court.

When she thought that she was being kidnapped, she immediately made a noise and called the police. The police reached the spot, filed a case against the accused cab driver. At present, the accused driver has been arrested. 
An FIR was registered in Ghazipur police station on the complaint of a judicial officer. The police caught the cab near Ghazipur. The name of the accused cab driver is being told Rajeev who is from Shahdara in north-east Delhi.   
Being in this job for 8 months, he told the taxi is connected to Makhija Travels. The police are investigating whether the driver's police verification was done or not. The High Court has expressed deep concern over the safety of women judicial officers. The court has directed the Delhi government to provide the judicial officers with a private car rather than a carpool.
