Actor turned director Prabhu Deva is going to play the role of a cop in his new movie. Prabhu Deva is not seen in movies a long ago. this time he is going to share the screen with Nivetha Pethuraj who is known for her power-packed performances in her movies.
AC Mugil, a former associate of Prabhu Deva, directs the untitled film. Ace filmmaker Mahendran and another director-actor in Suresh Menon, both enjoying acting stints in their second innings, have also been brought on board.
Produced by Nemichand Jabak, Imman will be composing the music. Tik Tik Tik, the long pending film of the producer, said to be the first space movie in Tamil featuring Jayam Ravi and Nivetha Pethuraj will hit the screens on June 22. Nivetha also has Venkat Prabhu’s Party and Vijay Antony’s Thimiru Pudichavan in her kitty.
In an official statement, director AC Mugil said, "We have not finalised any title for the film yet. It will be an important turning point in Prabhu Deva's acting career. He plays a police officer for the first time. It's an action thriller, and the film is majorly set in the backdrop of Chennai."
