Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed On Diwali To Army at Line of Control (LoC)

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the auspicious occasion of Diwali reached the Gurez valley next to the Line of Control (LoC) in Jammu and Kashmir to celebrate this festival of lights with the troops posted in the forward area, the Army spokesperson said.

Prime Minister  Modi accompanying, with Army chief General Bipin Rawat, Northern Command chief Lt General Devraj Anbu and Chinar Corps Commander Lt Gen J.S. Sandhu were also in Gurez an Army official representative said.

Modi had spent Diwali with the people of Kashmir in 2014 in the after effects of the destructive floods in the Valley.

The Prime Minister addressed that he gets new oomph when he spends time among the jawans and realize their forfeit and sacrifice amid insensitive conditions.

He added that jawans who leave the Armed Forces after completing their duty tenure can become excellent yoga trainers.

The Prime Minister also spoke of the new steadfastness that each Indian citizen must make for 2022,  on the 75th anniversary of Independence.

The PM also encouraged the jawans to innate therefore their everyday tasks and duties become easier and safer.

 PM  mentioned how  the best innovation are now being acknowledged and awarded at the Army Day, Navy Day, and Air Force Day.
