A Prince of Saudi Arabia was sentenced to jail for a long pending case of ongoing controversy over the issue of the loan. The London judge said on Friday, "Prince Hussein bin Saud bin Abdulaziz al-Saud has been sentenced to be in jail for a year's." At the same time, the Prince did not attend the court hearing. He said that the hearing of the loan case should be only in Saudi Arabia.

According to the Washington Post, the reason behind the sentence of jail by the court in England is that there was a dispute about a loan in 2010 between Saudi Prince Prince and Kuwaiti mobile operator. Prince was ordered to pay more than $ 500 million in private mediation in London, but he did not do this. After this, the mediation failed. At the same time, he started the process of separate legal proceedings in Riyadh, while advocating the order of the British court to stop the Saudi case. On this case, Judge Richard of London Court said during the hearing, "Prince Hussein decided that he would not like to face British courts in any way. If Prince was in Britain, he would have to go to jail. "

Prince Hussam's lawyer Yasir Almasnad in Riyadh asked about the mediation controversy that it has nothing to do with Britain. He said that the judgment pronounced by the British court about the arbitration dispute, in which the court's verdict has been said, is useless in Saudi Arabia. During the proceedings in Saudi, the Riyadh court has ruled in favour of Prince Hussein. Meanwhile, Thomas Rafael, a lawyer for Mobile Telecommunications Company, has applied to send Prince to jail. He argued that during the private hearing in Britain, the Prince repeatedly requested the court. The court should put a complete ban on them.
