Reserve Bank of India is employing Officer Assistants. The official notification was published on the official website. Candidates who are interested in the post can apply online from today, November 17, 2017. Summary of the vacancy, the age limit, eligibility as well as important dates for RBI recruitment for Office Assistant is provided below. 

Eligibility criteria for RBI Officer Assistant Exam 2017:
Applicants in the age group of 18 to 25 years are eligible to apply. Please note, the cutoff dates for determining the age limits are November 2, 1992, and November 1, 1999. Both the dates are inclusive. Age relaxation as per Government of India for the reserved and ex-servicemen candidates are applicable.  Minimum educational requirement for candidates is SSC or class 10 pass. Graduates and higher are not eligible to apply. However, candidates who are undergraduate till November 1, 2017, are eligible to apply for the post. Please note, candidates are required to be the domicile of the state their region belongs to. Candidates may be asked to produce any of the documents to prove domicile. 
Important Dates:
-Start of Online Application for RBI Office Assistant Exam 2017: November 17, 2017
-Last day to register and apply online (along with fee payment): December 7, 2017. 
-Schedule of Online Test: Either in December 2017 or January 2018. To be shared later. 
Selection Process:
Candidates would be selected on the basis of their performance in the Online Test followed by a qualifying round of Language Proficiency Test. For the online test, candidates would be asked questions pertaining to topics of reasoning, general English, general awareness and numerical ability. The question paper would be bilingual in Hindi and English – except English Language test. Candidates shortlisted after the Online Test would then have to appear in Language Proficiency Test for regional languages candidates have registered for. The language test would be qualifying in nature.

After going through the details, candidates can apply online on the website. Please note, no printed copies of applications would be accepted. Candidates can only fill the online application form.
