Bhopal: Congress President Rahul Gandhi today launched the party's election campaign in poll-bound Madhya Pradesh holding the Mega Road Show. Rahul reached Bhopal on Monday afternoon, where senior party leaders gave grand welcome to him. Congress President Rahul Gandhi was received in Bhopal by senior leader Kamalnath and Jyotiraditya Madhavrao Scindia on his arrival. He is following Congress Sankalp Yatra. Today Rahul is going to hold a 15 KM long roadshow.

The grand old party Congress has indicated to run on the path of soft Hindutva in the upcoming elections of Madhya Pradesh. Prior to Rahul Gandhi's roadshow, the workers of Congress party in the capital of the state Bhopal hurled the posters of Gandhi scion and other leaders.

In the pics, Rahul Gandhi depicted as immersing the water on Shivling while Kailash Mansarovar in the background. Rahul Gandhi has been named as a devotee in this picture. However, there are various types of discussions rounded about the disappearances of veteran leader Digvijay Singh from posters.

Echoing the same sentiments Congress Leader and two times Chief Minister Digvijay Singh had earlier carried out Narmada tour in the entire state. It was also believed that Congress has taken this journey to give a signal of Hindutva.

Worth mention here there is not a large population of Muslims in Madhya Pradesh. In such a scenario, Congress has decided to use Hindutva card to woo majority of voters. Significantly, Congress leader Randeep Surjewala had said during a function in Haryana that DNA of our party belongs to Brahmins only. This statement of Surjewala was considered to win the votes of the upper castes.
