New Delhi: Congress President Rahul Gandhi addressed at the Mahila Adhikar Sammelan organised by Mahila Congress, He Lashed out RSS (Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh,) and BJP(Bharatiya Janata Party) along with Prime minister Narendra Modi oer the issues of sexual scandals which recently busted in Muzaffarpur Bihar and Deoria , Uttar Pradesh.

He asked Why PM Modi is silent over state run shelter home rape cases.He asserted “Your right is Congress’ fight” to all women.

The PM doesn't say anything on the incidents of rape. What happened against women in these four years is something which didn't happen even in last 70 years: Congress President Rahul Gandhi alleged at PM Modi –led – Government.

The ideology of BJP and RSS is that only the men will run this nation and if it is anywhere that the women belong, it is at the back: Congress President Rahul Gandhi said in the national capital Delhi.

Lauding the Congress party efforts for women, He said from today onwards flag of Mahila congress will hurl everywhere. He assured that in upcoming days Congress party will give 50 percent quota to Indian women.

“We've seen the work done by women Chief Ministers like Sheila Dikshit who transformed Delhi. We need women at every level of leadership within and outside the Congress Party: Congress President Rahul Gandhi hailed the work done by the 80 years old previous chief minister Sheila Dikshit.

Congress scion said that if PM Modi led –Center passes the women reservation bill then his part will support it and if they won’t then if Congress will come in power at first his Government will pass the bill which supports the rights of women.
