Lucknow. Lok Sabha elections are very close in different states of the country. In Uttar Pradesh like most other states in the country, all the political parties have started their preparations here too. But among all these former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister and SP chief Akhilesh Yadav has taken a big decision.

In fact, the veteran leader of the Samajwadi Party and the famous face of politics of Uttar Pradesh, Raghuraj Pratap Singh can soon launch his new party for the 2019 Lok Sabha elections. A private media channel in the country recently claimed this by quoting sources in one of its reports submitted. This report says that Raghuraj Pratap Singh, who is well known as Raja Bhaiya, can soon announce his new party on the occasion of completing his 25 years in politics.

It is noteworthy that Raja Bhaiya has a major influence in Uttar Pradesh politics and he has very support and affection from the Thakur Samaj of UP. In this way, launching a new party by him, just before the election, the Samajwadi party and the Bahujan Samaj Party hoping to create a possible alliance with it can greatly damage seats sharing for the Bhartiya Janta Party in the coming elections.

Raghuraj Pratap Singh alias Raja Bhaiya, who has been a minister in BJP and SP government, is an MLA for the eighth time. Since 1993, he has been winning independently from Kunda. In 1997, he became the first minister of BJP in the Kalyan Singh government. In 2002, he had to go to jail in the BSP government for threatening legislator Puran Singh Bundela. Later, Chief Minister Mayawati had put a stork on her. He stayed in jail for nearly 18 months.
