New Delhi: Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh will celebrate Dusshera on the Indo-Pak border along with the  BSF personnel . Apart from this, Rajnath Singh is also going to perform in Shastra puja or weapons worship.

According to news agency ANI, Home Minister will celebrate Dussehra festival on October 19 with the Border Security Force (BSF), where the BSF will be stationed in the Bikaner of Rajasthan. Prior to this, Rajnath Singh will perform an Shastra Puja on Border which is considered to be a part of of Dussehra. Rajnath Singh will leave for two-day tour to Bikaner 18th and the 19th of October and will celebrate Dussehra on October 19.

This will be the first time that the Union Government will celebrate Dusshera on the border of India and perform Shastra puja. The border of India is a very sensitive place as both the countries have fought many battles and many soldiers have sacrificed their life for the country.

To celebrate Dussehra on the border, he will assess the situation on the border and will see the progress made in various projects. Spend time with the soldiers and will address the security forces.
