The Rajya Sabha was adjourned till noon after a huge rumpus was caused over Dalit protests in Maharashtra.

Congress MPs hoisted the issue of Dalits and right-wing outfit conflicts in Maharashtra. The Chairman Venkaiah Naidu adjourned the house to meet at 12 noon again.

As per sources reported to ANI, Congress has given an adjournment motion notice in the Rajya Sabha over the Bhima-Koregaon violence and made rumpus over Dalit protests in Maharashtra

Dalit outfits have called for a shutdown today to protest the clashes at the bicentenary celebrations of the battle of Bhima-Koregaon, which is being propped up by Maratha groups and Left parties.

In today's parliamentary party meeting, we talked about 2 important bills. 1st, the Constitution 123rd Amendment Bill which will give constitutional status to OBC Commission & 2nd, the bill which will put a stop of Triple Talaq & protect the rights of Muslim women says Union Minister Ananth Kumar

The BJP held its parliamentary board meeting on Wednesday, whereby they talked about the triple talaq bill and the Constitution's 123rd amendment bill which will provide constitutional status to the OBC commission.
