Friends do not only work in your bad times but also make you faster than the brain. Yes, those who have friends are more lively and faster than others. This has been proved in a research. According to this, the part of the mind that feels memories, emotions and motivations is clearly influenced with age. Social relationships are preserved in this part of the mind of the people.

Elizabeth Kirby, the chief researcher of the Neurological Institute at 'Ohio State University' in Columbus, USA, said, "Our research has revealed that the socially active person has an impact on the brain."

Under the journal 'Frontier in Aging Neuroscience' published research, the team of researchers formed two groups of 15-18 months rats and studied for three months when their natural memory power began to decline. Their memory was tested by researching rats to identify a toy. According to the results of the research, the memory of the rats living in the group was better.

Kirby said that where the rat living with a partner is unable to recognize that some object has been removed, while the rats living in the group are the best. They gave the best results. They went to the old toys kept in place and ignored the other toys kept at their place. He said that research in the future will also be remembered by the reminder of social nature and relationships with mental health.
