A dance master prem Gautam (30) was murdered when he tried to resist a robbery in R.M.C.  yard in Peenya police station. The incident took place on Saturday

Prem had come to Bengaluru on Saturday from Hassan and was going to meet his director friend.

He was heading towards Bhoomika Studio in Goreguntepalya at to meet the director and two other friends when three to four men approached him and asked him to hand over all the valuables.

 Prem resisted and tried to protect himself but they attacked him with the knife. Prem was stabbed on his thigh and abdomen after which the attackers escaped.

The incident came to light when Prem allegedly dragged himself till the studio but died due to loss of blood. Meanwhile, Prem’s friends launched a search for him and found the body near the studio.

The police were alerted who rushed to the spot and carried out the preliminary investigation.

Police have opened a search for the robbers. Police assure that soon they are going to grab the robbers. The doctors found the dance teacher dead. They said he died on the way before he was brought to the hospital.
