The all-new episode of ‘Yeh Hain Mohabbaten’ brings with an all-new twist to the plot. The episode starts with Pihu visiting Madhavi to ask about Roshni. She is informed that as per the information provided by Alia, Roshni has been hospitalized. She then tells her that Roshni and her baby are I good health now.

Aliya then pulls out certain stuff from a plastic bag, after which Pihu preaches to her about the plastic ban and also advice her not to use the plastic bags.

While at the hospital, a negativity fills the air. Everbody is worried as the doctor informs them that they could either save Roshni or her child. Santoshi suggests them to save Adi’s baby.  

In her statement, Mr. Bhalla says that it would be very hard for them to choose between the two since both of them are equally precious to them.  

After this, Raman explains to his mom that they are human beings and not god to choose life or death for someone, hence they should try to save both of them.  During this Roshini calls Ishita and Raman and asks them to save the baby. Raman assures her that both of them will be saved. After the operation, doctors come out of the OT and informs that both, the mother and the child are fine and safe.
