Gurugram: The Bombay High Court on Wednesday at 3 PM will hear the anticipatory bail plea filed by Ryan International School trustees in a case involving the murder of a Class 2 student Pradyuman Thakur.

Bombay High Court on Wednesday granted relief to the Pinto's family on hearing of the anticipatory bail plea. However, Pradyumna's father opposed the bail applications of Trustees.

Varun Thakur said he is the complainant in the case and the petition of the trustees is "opposed in strongest possible terms and words as the instant case being a rarest of the rare case where a brutal, diabolical, cold blooded, barbarous, demonic, unpardonable, unprovoked, hellish, cruel homicide has taken place on the campus of Ryan International School."

The High Court directed Pradyumna's father Varun Thakur to provide copies of their intervention application opposing the trustees' bail plea.

It is noteworthy that earlier on Tuesday, the High Court had given one-day relief. To avoid the arrest, Grace Pinto, Augustine Pinto, and Ryan Pinto filed an application for anticipatory bail in the High Court on Monday.

Augustine Pinto is the Chairman of Ryan Group while Grace Pinto is the managing director of the group. In the Pradyuman murder case, the accused bus conductor Ashok has been sent to Bhondi Jail in judicial custody till Tuesday 18 September after three days of police remand. The accused will be present in the sessions court of Gururgram on September 18.
