Ryan murder case: SC to hear plea claiming Pinto family's anticipatory bail

New Delhi [India], December 1 (NT): The Supreme Court on Friday will hear a plea lodged by Pradyuman Thakur's family, who was taken life on September 8 inside  the toilet of Ryan International School in Gurugram, claiming the anticipatory bail granted to the Pintos' – Trustees of the Ryan Group of Institutions, via the Punjab and Haryana High Court.

 On November 2,1The High Court had granted an anticipatory bail to the Pinto family, in links with the Pradyuman’s murder case.

 On the other hand Justice Surender Gupta banned them from leaving the nation without consent and gave the instructions to the family to pull out their help in the inquiry.

Pradyuman Thakur was found dead in a pool of blood with his throat slit inside the toilet of school, igniting a public uproar heading which the Gurugram Police took in detention to bus conductor Ashok, condemning him of murder the seven-year-old student.

Other than the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), which is now inquiring the matter, providing him a clean chit and took a class 11 student in custody in charge of the murder (NT)
