The Supreme Court asked the CBI to take an action with Mohammed Kaif, who was accused of killing journalist Rajdeo Ranjan, the Supreme Court asked the CBI to investigate the statement given by the SP and report it to the Supreme Court within four weeks. During the hearing of this case, the Supreme Court asked the petitioner that when Mohammed Kaif was seen with Shahabuddin and Sharif Pratap Yadav.
In the previous hearing, the Supreme Court had asked the CBI to investigate the photograph of Mohammed Kaif, accused in the murder of journalist Rajdev Ranjan in Shahabad and Sharif Pratap Yadav, in Bihar. During the hearing, the CBI told the Supreme Court that the charge sheet has been filed in the case of the murder of journalist Rajdeo Ranjan. In this, 8 people, including Shahabuddin, have been accused.
Ajoy Ranjan, the wife of journalist Rajdeo Ranjan, filed a petition in the Supreme Court seeking an inquiry by filing an FIR in the case of helping and assisting Mohammed Kaif and Mohammad Javed, accused in the murder case against Shahabuddin and Health Minister Tej Pratap Singh. This murder happened on May 13, 2016, when journalist Rajdeo Ranjan was shot dead in Siwan.
