Finance Minister Arun Jaitley will co-chair 12th India-Saudi Arabia Joint Commission Meeting during his two-day visit to Saudi Arabia today. The Finance Minister will also untie the Saudi-Indian Business Council.

Earlier, the Finance minister called on Saudi Arabia's King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud and discussed ways to develop and boost bilateral ties between both nations.

A two-day official visit of FM delegation kicked off to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at the 12th India-Saudi Arabia Joint Commission Meeting (JCM) on 18th Feb 2018. The JCM is being held at Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The delegation leaves on the night of February 17, 2018.

On February 18, 2018, the Finance Minister Shri Jaitely along with his counterpart Minister from Saudi Arab has opened the “Saudi-Indian Business Council”. The same day, he visited the “India Pavillion” at the Saudi National Heritage and Cultural Festival Janadriyah.

The Union Finance Minister, Shri Arun Jaitely will meet with the Saudi Minister of Trade & Investment, H.E. Dr. Majid Al-Qassabi on 19th February, 2018 to talk about the bilateral issues. He is also likely to meet another high level Saudi political dignitaries as well during his visit.

The Finance Minister, Shri Arun Jaitley will return to New Delhi in the evening of Monday, 19th February 2018 after implementation of his two-day official visit to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
