Sex CD scandal: Whom to believe, whether Journalist or Minister?

In the suspected sex CD case of a minister of Chhattisgarh, FIR has been wedged against state Congress chief Bhupesh Baghel. FIR has been registered under section 67A of the IT Act. It is known that a journalist Vinod Verma was arrested from Ghaziabad adjoining to Delhi in the same case yesterday. After presenting Vinod Verma in Ghaziabad court, he was sent on transit remand. But in this case, Vinod Verma says that I have a sex video of Rajesh Moonath. Verma who’s is a member of the Editors' Guild of India. Verma had said that the Chhattisgarh government was unhappy with this video, so police want to trap him. Verma, a member of the Editors' Guild of India, has worked for the BBC and Amar Ujala. On his way to court, Verma said he had a CD containing obscene visuals of Chhattisgarh minister Rajesh Munat

Munat, on his part, said the CD was fake, and that it was a conspiracy by the Congress. He also demanded a probe into the incident. At the same time, Minister Rajesh Murat has said that his alleged CD is fake and it has been tampered with. A video operator who was tracked down revealed that Verma had placed an order to make 1,000 copies of a CD.

After arresting Verma, police recovered some 500 CDs from his residence. Meanwhile, Raipur SP Rajiv Shukla said it hasn't yet been confirmed that Verma made the threat calls to Bajaj. The journalist was presented before a Delhi court for a transit remand, but it was denied.
