Shahid Kapoor, an actor well known for his acting, talent, uniqueness, and work on the edge of perfection has always presented himself in the best form in any of his projects. Whether the storyline fetches everyone’ attention or appraises or not but his work written off all flaws in the movie.

Batti Gul Meter Chalu is his next project with Shraddha Kapoor and Yami Gautam and on the verge of finishing the shoot as the climax part is only left. Shahid, this time gather applauds from his crew because of a three-and-a-half-minute long monologue that he played without any cut.

The actor is portraying a lawyer in the movie. While this long monologue he was shooting a court-room scene which made the whole crew stand up and clap for his performance. Reportedly, Shree, Shraddha, and Yami also couldn’t stop themselves from clapping for such tremendous performance.

Shree Narayan Singh, the director expressed his excitement of getting such a talent as: “Even if I don’t put any background music in the scene, audiences will still cry watching it. Everybody on the set had become emotional while seeing him perform. I haven’t worked with many actors, but Shahid is brilliant. We have become good friends. We are teaming up again for a thriller set in UP.”

The social drama is set on the story of a common man who covers a long court journey against power distributing company for the preposterous and exorbitant electricity bills.
