So this one is more than a 100-year-old eatery, famous for Meg Ryan’s fake orgasm scene from 1989 romedy flick When Harry Met Sally. Not only the place is known for this reason, but it is also renowned for serving the best pastrami sandwiches in NYC. Fans can visit the place and sit at the same table where Ryan and Billy shared some interesting conversations in the movie.
