But some time we have to make some plan with friends for dinner bash at the most expensive rooftop restaurant in the town. But, it got all spoiled due to lame excuses by a few of them. Now, look back and think, were those excuses actually meaningful or there was some hidden motive your friends were refusing it for? Most people avoid such restaurants because they don't want to dole out extra bucks even if it is about eating good food. And the worst is, if you are ordering food, they suddenly change their preference and want food which is hygienic, tasty and obviously is coming at a cost! I’m suffering from stomach infection

Out of 10, 9 people give this excuse that they are suffering from stomach infection. And moreover, they also say “Next time pakka”.

I have already prepared my food

This excuse comes from the most homely friend who is always in favour of house parties.

The place is not good

We all have such friends who behave as if they are the biggest food critics of the town. And if they have to avoid the expense they will start giving this excuse, “Yaar, I have been to the place, the food is pathetic, even the ambiance is quite boring, let’s go to some other place.”

I’m fasting

There is another league that comes up with the excuse, “Yaar, mera to fast hai.”
