Sprouted pulses are very beneficial for health. It can also be eaten by preparing salads from different types of pulses.

Ingredients: 50 grams Moong's whole pulse, 100 grams lobia whole, 100 grams Red gram, 100 grams White gram, 1 teaspoon of ghee, 50 grams groundnut, 1 tomato, 1 cucumber, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, Black pepper powder ,Green coriander, Salt,

Method: First, add the sprouted gram and chickpea in the cooker, put a small bowl of water, salt and ghee and keep it for boiling. Close the gas when the whistle comes in the cooker. Raise the whistle of the cooker with a spoon and remove half the pressure so that grains do not boil more.

When the pressure is over, open the cooker, take out the grains into the cup. The remaining water can be used as a soup. Peanut grams, black pepper, lemon, cut the tomatoes and cucumbers, decorate the salad in the plate. Your salad is ready, you can take it with breakfast in the morning.
