Stree, the plot of the movie is set in a small of Madhya Pradesh, called Chanderi. The movie talks about the supernatural existence of a lady called Stree.
Rajkumar Rao has once again proved that his extent of dealing with the characters he essays. He plays the role of Vicky, who is a small town boy and considers himself a macho-man. He falls in love with a lady who meets him annually. Exactly, just one in a year, and he waits for her to arrive.
Till, date we have seen Rajkumar play just serious shades. Well, in this movie, he proves to us that he can make us roll on the floor with laughter. Shradha Kapoor just has an appearance on the screen for a small duration.
While Rajkumar does not let any stone unturned in keeping us entertained with his excellent acting and the perfection with which he picks up every accent that is associated with his characters.
The movie seems decorated with the excellent acting of its extremely talented artists. Actors like Pankaj Tripathi definitely prove their talents and justify their presence on the screen even in the short time that they were alloted.
The two friends of the hero, have been played by Aparshakti Khurrana and Abhishek Banerjee who have also done justice to their characters.
Shraddha has tried her best to impress the audience with her acting skills. She proves good enough to maintain the mystery factor of her character but we must say that Shraddha Kapoor has a long way to go.
The movie is entertaining and you definitely must watch it atleast once.
