In north Delhi's Timarpur An 18-year-old Delhi University student was attacked by an unidentified man with a sharp object as per stated by police.
The woman was injured in the waist and required 38 stitches, they said.
The incident took place near a lake at Nehru Vihar when the woman, a first-year-student, was going to college, the police said.
