Stuffed Bell Pepper can be made in many ways. It is very yummy to eat and is easy to make. So let us know how to make stuffed Bell Pepper-

Ingredients for Stuffing:
Bell Pepper - 6
Potato - 4
Onions - 2
Ginger - ½ inch piece
Cumin - half a teaspoon
Asafoetida - a pinch
Red chili powder - half a teaspoon
Turmeric powder - ¼ teaspoon
Garam Masala - ¼ teaspoon
Amchoor Powder - ¼ tsp
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Salt - according to taste

Method:

1.Cut out the top of capsicum and remove it. Also, remove the seeds, as well as keeping in mind that do not cut capsicum while removing the seeds. Thank medium size bell pepper for Stuffing.

2.Boil the potatoes and peel them finely. Cut the onions, ginger and green chillies finely. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin and asafetida, then put onion. Roast the onion until brown, then add ginger, green chillies and roast till it turns red. Now add potatoes. Then add red chili powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, amchoor powder and salt and mix well. When the spice is found well in the pot, then turn off the gas.

3. Now fill this prepared mixture in bell pepper. Now take a nonstick pan, spread a little of mustard oil in the pan, then put the filled bell pepper in the pan. Cook it on a low flame and cover the pan. When the chillies are cooked on one side, then turn it over to the other side to cook well. When it gets cooked on all sides, turn off the gas. Now serve it hot. Note that while cooking the peppers, keep the gas on a low flame. Otherwise, peppers get burnt.
