Vitamin D and calcium are needed to make bones healthy and strong. Among the things we eat, there are some things that work to reduce our body's bone density. Due to which the bones begin to become hollow and weak. Today, we are going to tell you about some of the things that your bones may be weak by consuming. 

1- If you consume more quantity of salt, then your bones may be hollow and weak. Salt is found in abundance of sodium which excretes calcium present in the body through urine. By which the bones may be weak. 

2- Eating chocolate increases the risk of bone weakness. Chocolate contains plenty of oxalate and sugar, which prevents calcium from absorbing in the body. By consuming chocolate, calcium deficiency in the body decreases and bones become weak. 

3- Most people consume cold drinks during the summer season. In cold drinks, phosphorus, carbon dioxide is present in abundance. Which can make bones weak. 

4- If you consume excessive amount of tea or coffee, your bones gradually become weak. Tea and coffee contain abundant amounts of caffeine, which works to make the bones weak.
