India got a headstart of 257 runs when they made New Zealand face the ground at just a score 299 yesterday in Indore. The first inning of the world no.1 was as marvelous as the bowling performance of yesterday. In the first inning India scored 557 runs and declared to bowl with just the loss of 5 wickets.

Today India in the Holkar Stadium, Indore started off smooth but still lost a wicket of Murli Vijay who was caught running between the wickets by New Zealand’s opener, Martin Guptill at score of 19. On the other hand opener number 2, Gautam Gambhir is playing at 42 runs and is close to his half century.

Chetashwar Pujara still continues to play slow pace with 29 runs scored in 69 bowls. Let’s see what happens in the rest of the innings.
