Talking about the Muzaffarpur, Bihar Shelter Home rape case, Tejashwi Yadav from the RJD, revealed that the owner of the NGO or the shelter home was a collegue of Nitish Kumar, who is the Chief Minister of Bihar. He also informed that the NGO owner also aided the campaigns for Nitish Kumar during the elections.
The MLAs belonging to the RJD Party have launched a protest in front of the Bihar legislative assembly to deal with issues like strict implementation of the rules made against rape and the conditions of drought and other calamities.
A victim recently informed that one of the girls living in the Shelter home was beaten and murdered. She added the victim was buried in the Shelter Home area only. After the victim’s statement, the police has begun investigating in the shelter home premises. Well, the members of the staff have disagreed from any such incidents.
Reports have suggested that 10 suspects have been arrested by now and a proper complaint and a charge sheet has been filed against them.
Harpreet Kaur, the SSP of Muzaffarpur informed that none of the girls was ever taken out of the hostel. Also, they were not allowed to step out of the Premises.
