The Orchard obtains US rights of Ari Gold directorial

According to the reports, the Entertainment company 'The Orchard' has obtained the US rights of Ari Gold directorial, 'The Song of Sway Lake'. The drama features Rory Culkin, Robert Sheehan, and Mary Beth Peil. The drama also commences the talks in Cannes.

The news got confirmed by the leading daily, the distributor will release the film in multiplex on September 21. While it will get launched on Digital HD, VOD on the daye September 25.

Reports suggest that the film revolves around a young man's journey for a long-lost jazz record. During his journey, he plans to steal the valuables. In the drama, Rory Culkin has played the role of a young man while Robert Sheehan has acted as Culkin's assistant. Mary Beth Peil is also seen in a crucial role. 

The jazz-infused drama is penned by Gold himself, in collaboration with Elizabeth Bull. The film is produced by Grack Film's Gold, Allison Rose Carter, Michael Bederman, and Social Construct's Zak Kilberg. The film was driven at the recent Cannes Film Festival by Kew Media Group.

Evan Morehouse from The Orchard negotiated the deal with Benjamin Weiss and Derek Kigongo of Paradigm and attorney Orly Ravid from MSK on behalf of the filmmakers.
