Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday launched his plan- Ayushman Bharat Abhiyan. Under the Ayushmann Bharat Abhiyan, the Prime Minister inaugurated the Wellness Center of India at Bijapur in Chhattisgarh.   

PM Modi tweeted about this, the first phase of Ayushman Bharat Scheme has been started, in which efforts will be made to make major changes in primary health-related topics. In every major panchayat of the country, sub-centers and primary health centers will be developed as health and wellness centers in about 1.5 lakh places.

This is one of the flagship schemes of the Modi government, which provided coverage in foreign media during the announcement. It was named 'Modi Care' along the lines of Obama Care.

Under this ambitious scheme, health insurance cover up to Rs 5 lakh lakhs will be provided for 100 million households per year for good treatment. Let's know how the people living in rural and urban areas will benefit from this scheme     

The government will facilitate the treatment of 5 lakh rupees for every family free of cost every year. All the members of the family taking advantage of this scheme will be able to take advantage of it. A council will also be constituted for the benefit of this scheme to everyone properly. It will be headed by a health minister. 

For those living in the village, a house of a kutcha house, family in a tile and a family with no adult member of the age of 16 to 59 years, the families with the female head, including 16 to 59 years There should be no man in between Such families in which there are disabled members and no adult member in their care is in the family. Apart from SC and ST, families who do not have land and their income is a casual wage. Families who have no roof and are legally free from bonded wages. 

These conditions are for the people living in urban areas: The government will benefit from the scheme of poor people living in the urban areas, many categories have been created for the selection of the poor, in total 11 categories have been allocated to the urban poor, who have been given this scheme Will be able to take advantage of this. 

Facilities of this scheme: It will cover a family cover of Rs 5 lakh per annum. It will cover the treatment of almost all serious diseases. Apart from this, no person (especially women, children and elderly) should be deprived of treatment, for this, there is no limit on family size and age in the scheme. In this scheme, before and after hospitalization, the expenditure has been included. Every time hospitalization has been mentioned for Transportation Allowance, which will be paid to the beneficiary. 

Treatment will be done in these hospitals: Cashless treatment can be done in any government or private hospital in the country covered by the panel under this scheme. All government hospitals in the states will be considered as involved in this scheme. Related hospitals can be included in the panel on the basis of the parameters of the bed occupancy ratio. In the case of private hospitals, the basis of definite Criteria will be impaired online.
