The mouth watering recipe of Vegetable Cutlet


potatoes (cubed)

green peas 

carrot (diced)

beans (chopped)

bread crumbs 


ginger (grated)

garam masala 

coriander leaves (finely-chopped)



1. Boil all the vegetables until tender, drain all excess water and then mash them 

2. Add the bread crumbs, ginger, garam masala and salt to the mashed vegetables

3. Ensure that the dough is not too sticky, if too sticky, add more bread crumbs

4. Make as many patties as you can and set them aside

5. Make a very light batter with the besan and a bit of water

6. Dip each patty in the batter and drain excess batter, then dip them in the breadcrumbs

7. Shallow fry them in oil till golden brown
