A strange situation came out in Muzaffarnagar on Wednesday. A 48-year-old man was admitted to a hospital here. He suddenly disappeared from the hospital Later, his body was found near the railway line. It is said that the body of the missing 48-year-old patient was recovered from the medical college near the railway track at Begjarjpur village three days before. Police said that he was admitted to Muzaffarnagar Medical College for treatment on November 12. He was missing from there.  

According to the police, some people have been detained for questioning in the case and investigations are still on. The dead body has been sent for post-mortem. The police are struggling to recover from the patient's disappearance from the hospital and then to get the dead body. 

Police have said that in this case, they have called some people in the police station for questioning without doubt, and are examining the matter seriously. The body of the person has been sent for postmortem right now. The police have gone to solve the problem of missing the patient from the patient's hospital and finding his body near the railway line.
