The viewers of India’s most popular comedy show Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah are feeling the wave of shocks for, as their favorite and one of the most acclaimed characters Dr Hansraj Hathi  passed away.

 This character was played by actor Kavi Kumar Azad who is now no more.

 The actor died after suffering from a heart attack at a Mumbai based hospital. Wor5th mention here Dr. Hansraj Hathi has been one of the most loved characters on the TV show, which has been ruling the TRP charts since the time of its beginning.

 Actor Kabir Azad, who played the famous character Dr. Hansraj Hathi in this comedy serial, has died. According to the information, his health was not well for the last three days. Last night, he was shifted to a coma. It is learned that, poet Kumar Azad was admit to Wockhardt Hospital located at Mira Road. According to media reports, he died a few hours earlier. After receiving this tragic and surprising news, the shoot in the film city has been canceled. He was a very friendly and cheerful kind of person. He also acted in many films including Aamir Khan's film Mela and Funtoosh.

It is maybe the only comedy show to hit upon a place in the top 10 shows list.
