Panasonic has launched its Panasonic Eluga C smartphoneThe most special thing about this phone is the dual rear camera setup and bezel-less display at low cost. This budget category phone costs around 6,000 Taiwan dollars, which is about 12,900 rupees.

At present, there is no information about the availability of the remaining countries of this phone. Panasonic Eluga C is available for pre-order in Taiwan.

It has a 5.5-inch HD display, which has a resolution of 720x1280 pixels. The phone is very thin bezel all around, which is considered to be the specialty of this phone. Talking about the camera, it has 13 megapixels and a 5-megapixel dual camera setup. It has an 8-megapixel front camera with f / 2.2 aperture.

It has 1.5 GHz octa-core mediaTech MT6750T chipset. The phone has 4 GB RAM and 64 GB internal storage, which can be increased to 256 GB. It has a fingerprint scanner, for which the company claims that it can unlock the phone in 0.3 seconds. To give power to this phone launched in the Blue and Pink Color variants, 3000 mAH battery has been given.

With the Eluga C, Panasonic appears to have taken a step to enter the nascent space of thin-bezel smartphones. The smartphone doesn't have a premium price tag like the Samsung Galaxy S8 or the Apple iPhone X. It neither comes to the mid-range segment that recently added the OnePlus 5T.

Nevertheless, the Panasonic Eluga C has a design that reminds us the innovative Xiaomi Mi Mix and Sharp Aquos Crystal that both brought the trend of bezel-less smartphones - much before Samsung's Infinity Display or Apple's Super Retina Display.
