This winter enjoy this tasty and healthy masala chai with this recipe

Masala Chai or Masala Tea is the most favourite part of an Indian household. Whether it's a morning one or an evening snack-time one, a cup of hot masala tea is a must to freshen up and energize for the rest of the day. Just pair it up with hot Samosas or Pakode and you're in for a delicious snack meal.

INGREDIENTS

Milk, sugar, Cloves, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Star Anise, Water, Tea leaves

Roast the spices like cloves, cinnamon, cardamom and star anise together in equal amounts in a pan

Grind the roasted ingredients together to get a powder

In a wok full of boiling water, put the ground mixture along with the other remaining ingredients.

Stir and bring it to simmer

Serve hot along with some tea-time munchies.
