On Friday, the anger in the people was so high that the incident of alleged gangrape with a ten-year-old girl in Jahangirabad area of Bhopal came as a rage that as soon as the three accused were took to the spot for the purpose of collecting police evidence. Anger broke and people beat the three accused. All three accused were arrested on Thursday.
Jahangirabad police station in-charge Pritam Singh Thakur told that the three accused, Nunhu Lal (65), Gokul Panavala (45) and Gyanendra Pandit (36), who raped the 10-year-old girl for the last three months, helped her in this act. The woman, Suman Pandey (50), was arrested on Thursday by the police. Three of these men were beaten by the people while taking them to the spot on Saturday evening. To save these accused from the angry people, the police jawans had to work a lot.
They said that the accused were presented in court today. All the accused have been sent to judicial custody till November 29. He said that after complaining about the victim's complaint to the victim on Thursday, we filed the case against the four accused under various sections of Section 376-D (gang-rape) and the Poxo Act after the four accused Yesterday was arrested only. Thakur said that according to the victim's child, Suman, who lived in the neighborhood, used to call her on the name of giving chocolate, and these three men used to do misdeeds in the room with this baby girl.
He said that in the investigation it has been found that in the last three months, these three miscreants raped this child at the house of Suman two or three times. Thakur told that the last time he committed a crime against this girl on November 12.
He said that the mother of the victim's child had seen her childish and desperate for the last few days. He also reduced the conversation. On this, the mother of the girl asked him about being frustrated and frustrated. Initially, he did not say anything about the wrongdoing, but later he told the incident to his mother, after which the mother of the child complained to the police in this regard.
According to the complainant, the accused had threatened the girl that if she told anybody about the misdeeds she had with him, then she would kill her mother. The child's father has died last year as told by the reports.
