Three people arrested for fraud against Former Haryana Chief Secretary

The case of cheating has been revealed by senior IAS and former chief secretary BS Ojha. Some people have prepared a fake document and sold a flat in Delhi in his name and took ten lakhs in their account. On the complaint of Senior IAS, the police filed a case against Vijay Kumar, Sanjeev Kumar and Vikram in Matore Thane against New Delhi resident on the complaint of senior IAS. 

Police say that the accused will be arrested soon. Senior IAS officer told the SSP Mohali Kuldeep Singh in the complaint that he is a resident of Sector 11 of Chandigarh. They bought a flat in Mandakani Enclave with a flat number- 96 in Alaknanda, New Delhi. They said that the accused had made a fraud by transferring the flat to their name. 

After this, he has deposited Rs. 10 lakhs in his account of ICICI Bank located in Sector-70. After his complaint, the SSP handed over the investigation of the case to SP Harbir Singh Atwal. The investigation is being done and he has taken action to register a case against three people. Police have registered a case under the IPC sections 420, 468, 471, 383 and 384 on the accused. However, senior IAS officer has not been contacted. Ojha has been the chief secretary of Haryana from 1991 to 1994.
