New Delhi [India], Oct 25 (NT): Bollywood star John Abraham recently started shooting for his upcoming film titled 'Batla House' and it seems  the Parmanu actor will leave no stone unturned   to  prepare himself  for his epic role. Today John teased the fans by sharing a photo of his injured finger.

The  Madras Cafe  actor took to his official Twitter handle to share a picture with the director of the film Nikhil Advani,  captioning his post, "We have even shed our blood for Batla House...What say." His caption was in Hindi.

In the photo the two can be seen smiling in the selfie, wherein  John showing his injured finger, look at the post.

The thriller drama is based on the real Batla House encounter. It took place almost a decade ago on September 19, 2008. This operation is officially known as Operation Batla House. The incident  held against Indian Mujahideen (IM) terrorists in Batla House locality in Jamia Nagar, Delhi.

In the movie he will be seen portraying the role of Sanjeev Kumar Yadav, who lead the encounter. As  we can see in the tagline  which read 'The story of India's Most Decorated/Controversial Cop', the case was about this one man who has had 70 encounters, a record 22 convictions from 30 cases.  He was conferred by nine Gallantry Awards.
