It's been two weeks since Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif starrer Tiger Zinda Hai released and it's unstoppable at the box office. The film entered the 200-crore club at the box office within the first week of its release. The movie earned INR 206.04 crore in its first week and minted INR 11.50 crore and INR 14.75 crore on its second Friday and Saturday respectively. The spy-thriller has earned about INR 232.29 crore at the box office now. The movie may cross 250-crore mark today.

Talking about the movie, Tiger Zinda Hai which is a sequel to the 2012 blockbuster, Ek Tha Tiger, revolves around Salman as a RAW agent, and Katrina as an ISI (Inter-services Intelligence) agent, and their deadly mission to rescue 25 nurses, who have been held hostage by ISIS, a terrorist organisation.

Fans were cheering in the theatre and were glad to see the action avatar of the actor back on the silver screen. In an interview, the Dabangg actor stated that his fans hate when he cries onscreen as he has established himself as an action star. "Whenever my fans watch my movie, they want to have a great time. With Tubelight, they were shocked. They were crying, hurt and disturbed, as they couldn't digest the fact that someone was beating their Bhai, and that I was crying. So, even though they watched it in theatres, they didn't go back again. The film lacked the repeat value that Sultan (2016) or Bajrangi Bhaijaan had," added the actor.
