A. Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday flew for Davos, Switzerland to be present at the 48th annual meeting of the World Economic Forum (WEF).
The Prime Minister was accompanied by Finance Minister Arun Jaitley, Commerce and Industry Minister Suresh Prabhu among others Govt . officials.
PM Modi is scheduled to deliver a crucial address on the indentation day of the meeting on Tuesday.
B. Delhi Police has detained SIMI-IM operative Abdul Subhan Qureshi who is one of the most wanted terrorists in the country for instigating the 2008 Gujarat blasts.
DCP Pramod Kushwaha confirmed his arrest and said that Qureshi, who had gone underground for the last a number of years, had returned to India to stimulate Indian Mujahideen (IM).
"Abdul Subhan Qureshi was living with forged documents in Nepal. He came back to India to revive Indian Mujahideen," DCP Kushwaha told in media briefing on Monday.
