If you are looking for some spicy, good and healthy food, then Rajasthani red meat(laal maas) is the best option for you. Rajasthani red meat is very tasty red mutton curry which is very much liked by those who eat spicy.

Making it is not as difficult as it sounds by listening. Yes but always keep one thing in mind. Do not lower its pepper at all. Firstly, prepare all the things to make it. It takes 45 minutes to build it

Ingredients:

Mutton - 750 gms
Medium Size Dry Red Chili - 10 + 2
Green cardamom -2
Black cardamom - 1
Clove-3
Cinnamon - 1 inch
Cumin 1 teaspoon
Bay leaf- 2
Garlic Ginger Paste - 1 Tablespoon
Curd - 1 cup
Red Chilli Powder- 1 Tablespoon
Coriander Powder- 1 Tablespoon
Ghee-3 teaspoons
Salt to taste

Method:

-First, take curd in a vessel. Put garlic-ginger paste in it. Then add salt, turmeric and red chili powder. Now mix it well. Now add mutton in it and mix mutton well in this mixture and keep it for one hour in the refrigerator for cooling.

-Then take dry red chillies, green cardamom, black cardamom, grated cloves, cinnamon, coriander powder, cumin seeds and bay leaves. Now grind it together and add water to it and make a thick paste.

-Then heat three teaspoons of ghee in a pan. When the ghee becomes warm, put the remaining ginger and garlic paste in it.

-Now add three chopped onions in it. When the color of onions becomes light brown, add marinated mutton. When the mutton becomes thick and drain the water completely, add spice paste to it. Add light salt and red chili powder.

Let it cook for five to ten minutes so that the spices can be cooked completely. If you want a little gravy, add some hot water to it and cook it for two to three minutes. Now your Rajasthani red meat is ready. Serve it with bread, naan or rice.
