While releasing the new policy, Twitter has said that it will help actors and celebrities to stop the follow-up of the followers on their image.
What is Twitter's new policy and when will it be applied?
Twitter's new policy is being implemented from 10 September 2018. After this there will be a limit to tweeting, retracting, following, follow and direct messages, according to which only 300 tweets will be retweeted in 3 hours. In addition to 24 hours, you will be able to just pick up 1000 tweets and follow 1000 people. In 24 hours you will be able to send direct messages to 15,000 people.
Who will be harmed?
This new policy of Twitter will be a big loss to celebrities whose followers have become millions in 24 hours of becoming an account and thousands of times they retweet their tweets. However, this policy will stop the promotion of fake news.
