NEW DELHI: Amid huge hue and cry, an FIR has been registered against BJP MLA Kuldeep Singh Senger in connection with the alleged rape of an Unnao girl, The victim demanded the arrest of accused.

“Still so many questions are being raised on me, even after my father's murder. How will I get justice? Rape Victim showed concern.

“CBI probe is fine but first MLA(Kuldeep Singh Sengar) should be arrested as he will influence probe, I now fear for my uncle's(father's brother) life “, Unnao Case victim added.

 In a press meet When UP DGP OP Singh addressed BJP MLA Kuldeep Singh Senger as 'Mananiye (honourable)', the objection was taken by journalists, then he clarified  'there is no harm in giving respect to an MLA even if he is an accused, he is not guilty yet'.

“Nobody is defending him (Kuldeep Singh Sengar), all we are saying is that we have to hear both sides. Now the case has been given to CBI, they will decide on arrest”, OP Singh,UP DGP asserted in Unnao Rape Case.

Under the pressure and massive uproar, The UP government had yesterday decided to lodge an FIR against MLA Sengar in the case and refer it to the CBI for investigation. The government also decided to recommend a CBI investigation into the alleged murder of the rape survivor’s father in judicial custody.

The government decision for a CBI probe came just after Sengar made an appearance at the official residence of Lucknow police chief to publicize that he had no alleged role in the rape of the teenager and death of her father.
