India is one of the largest automobile markets in the world, there is no doubt in it. But all the vehicles operating in India are also one of the biggest reasons for spreading pollution in the world.

In this way, the Indian Automobile Manufacturers Society is planning to ban more than 15 years old vehicles. This will greatly increase the possibility of reducing pollution in India. SIAM has urged the Government of India and the concerned Ministers to remove 15-year-old cars for removal of pollution from the road.

In the annual meeting of the 57th SIAM, Coordinator of SIAM and CEO of Ashok Leyland and MD, Vinod K Dusseri has requested that the National Automotive Board should be constituted.

This board will help the Government of India to create a policy to remove pollution. In the past 1 year, many new policies have been created and have been implemented with immediate effect.

Due to these policies, the automobile industry has suffered a lot. After the Make In India Program, it has become easier to do business in this sector and now the auto industry is close to 50 percent domestic product.

In this program, the CEO of Policy Commission, Amitabh Kant has stressed on 100% zero emission or the vehicles without diesel petrol. He insisted on talking in one voice and said that the plans made in the future have been created and implemented as soon as the plan was created in the future, they created the SIAM.

Amitabh also said that the government should pay attention to the fact that India is one of the largest producers of electric vehicles. India is in the best position not only in India but also in the countries producing electric vehicles at the global level.
