Venkaiah Naidu forwards privilege notice against Rahul Gandhi ‘s Jaitlie’ tweet

The sourness of the just-completed Winter Session of Parliament is probably ready to tip out over the Budget Session, as Rajya Sabha chairperson M. Venkaiah Naidu issued a privilege notice against Congress president Rahul Gandhi to Lok Sabha Speaker Sumitra Mahajan for concern.

Naidu opined that there is a prima facie case of violate of rights.Rahul Gandhi is a member of the Lok Sabha and hence the notice was forwarded to the Speaker of that House.

Senior BJP MP Bhupendra Yadav had raised an issue of violating of rights last month against Rahul Gandhi. In his notice, Yadav had said that Rahul Gandhi twisted the spell of Arun Jaitley’s surname to ‘Jaitlie’ and it was extremely deprecating.

In The tweet made remarks were very derogatory and highly indecent on the part of Rahul Gandhi and it intentionally misinterpreted the proceedings of the Rajya Sabha in the wake to criticize the Modi-led Government.

The day before Rahul Gandhi from his twitter handle posted a remark on GDP growth and Modi-led Gov in the wake of Budget session released.
