Vijay Mallya In London Court again for his extradition trial Starts

Deliberately, defaulter Vijay Mallya, who get away from India on March 2016 and owes Indian banks worth  Rs 9,000 crore, will come out in a London court on Monday as his extradition trial begins.India's case to bring back the 61-year old businessman will be represented through the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) of the British government in Westminster Magistrates' Court in London. A team of CBI officers will be presenting the extradition trial of the industrialist.Vijay Mallya is out on a 650,000-pound bail bond following his detain by Scotland Yard over deception and money laundering charges earlier this year.Central Board of Investigation (CBI) says the team led by Special Director Rakesh Asthana left for London on Sunday and would stay there all through the trial starting at Westminster Magistrates' Court on Monday.

Vijay Mallya, who had placed in the UK in March 2016, is required in India on prices relating to his defunct Kingfisher Airlines failure to pay on loans from many Indian banks amounting to Rs. 9,000 crore.India is suspended to tell the London court the preparations made back in India for the detaining of the beleaguered liquor baron. Arthur road jail in Mumbai will be the home of fugitive liquor baron Vijay Mallya if he is extradited to India to face the law in connection with the Rs 9,000 crore loan default cases.Vijay Mallya had said the UK court that Indian prisons are "not up to international standards” and therefore he can't return.While his earlier appearances before the London Court, Vijay Mallya has been insisting that he has "done nothing wrong" and described the allegations against him as "fabricated".
