Vijay Mallya says to Indian Banks Seizing British Assets :'Not in My Name'

Silverstone, England: Plagued Liquor tycoon Vijay Mallya stated on Sunday that he will obey completely with court enforcement officers seeking to take hold of his British possessions.

However he added that there was not much for them to take as his family's fulsome residences because   all the assets are not in his name.

In a move to extradite the 62-year-old former liquor baron from Britain to face charges of fraud,  a group of Indian banks now seeking to recover from his British possessions over more than Rs 9,000 crore dues from his defunct Kingfisher Airlines.

Talking to Reuters at the British Formula One Grand Prix, Mallya said he is ready to hand over British assets held in his name.

But a lavishness country dwelling belonged to his children and a house in London to his mother name , making Indian officials impervious.

In his interview Malya stated that he has given the UK court an affidavit a statement of his UK assets. Which, follow the freezing order? Now Inidan officials are entitled to take and hand over to the banks.

 Worth mention here Mallya has been in Britain since he fled from India in March 2016, unable to travel after his passport was cancelled.
