It was alleged that this young man followed the girl riding in the vehicle and allegedly tried to take the girl out of the vehicle and move somewhere else. The incident happened at around 12.30 pm. 

It is revealed that Vikas is a student of Barla LLB. Allegedly there was another boy with him. There is also information that the accused have been drunk alcohol, but clearly, nothing has been said in this matter.
